Interested in Ballroom, Latin, Country, or Swing dancing? There is a program for you. Wedding coming up? Whether the happy couple or an honored guest, with private coaching and/or group classes, you will feel confident and have fun dancing with your special someone.
There are classes for Couples to learn to dance and relate to each other. Classes for Women to unleash thier groovy goddess. Monthly Practice Sessions to keep you from getting rusty.
Instructing partnership dance since 1987, Sabrina Thievin's unique style and methods have taught thousands how fun and easy learning to dance can be. Lessons are instructed using a unique style and method developed over Sabrina's 24 years of instructional experience. Students are taught patterns based primarily from the American Style DVIDA Syllabus. Sabrina is also a member of the Canadian Danceport Federation.
Dances offered:
Ballroom: Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz
Latin: Cha Cha, Rumba, Mambo, Merengue, Samba
Swing & Country: East Coast Swing & Jive, West Coast Swing, Two Step, Triple Two Step, Polka, Slowdance
Classes are offered in a variety of formats. Groups, Workshops, Private, Semi-Private, Custom Groups, Conferences. Wedding dance lessons and customised choreography for special occasions is also available. Classes take place in St. Albert and Edmonton, Alberta. Conference workshops available throughout Alberta and beyond in both partnership dance and Groovy Goddess workshops for women.
